Our event space occupies the 1928 original Metropolitan Press Historical Landmark building, otherwise known as the Army Building. All common spaces were renovated in 2023.

Our address is 2107 3rd Ave, Seattle, WA 98121.

Parking? We have 50 paid parking spots next door to our building off Lenora St.

Our largest common space includes seating for 120. We also offer a Conference Room for 8.

Monday - Saturday $400 per hour (4-hour minimum)
Sunday after 3pm $500 per hour (4-hour minimum)

Looking to reserve our Conference Room?
Monday - Friday $100 per hour (2-hour minimum)

Self-Serve Coffee & Tea Bar $4 per person (20 person minimum)
Self-Serve Bagel Bar $6 per person (36 person minimum)
Espresso Bar Service $8 per person (60 person minimum)
Wine Bar Service $25 per person (60 person minimum / 2 drink limit)
